Indoor school signage design

The “Responsibility” type in this image is part of a larger indoor signage design at a school I go to. The type is normally blue on a gold background, but I’ve edited my photograph to achieve higher contrast. I suspect that this is a free typeface that can be found on DaFont or a similar website, since What Font Is’s catalog only includes such typefaces from FFonts.net. The problem is that manually searching for something like this would be an absolutely daunting task, so I’m hoping someone reading this knows more than I do and can help find this typeface (or a close match if it comes down to it).
