What font is this?

Take a peek at Pueblo Blackletter - the N and W don't have the spurs (can easily be chopped from a letter that does and be welded together), and the middle bar of the E would have to be edited, but otherwise the shapes of the N, S, and W (minus the lack of spurs) is spot on.
