Old Open Type Font

Aside from the swashes, look at the center bar on the E, the Fat diagonal on the N, and the symmetrical serifs on the C. This is a scan from an old thermography business card, so that's throwing things off, added to I think it might have been outlined to make it look thicker. It's so familiar, I feel like I've seen it before, I just can NOT find it!
