Identifying poor quality

Hi all, managed to identify 20 fonts all of this horrendous quality but this is all I have to work with. however this one is the final font I need to identify. Ive used the image editor to get it as crisp as possible while not cutting out the thin parts. I got sent this from a customer so have no URL. Any advice?
