Looking for a similar script font, especially the lowercase "h"

I got this image off of the scan of a t-shirt. The script writing was conjoined, so I split the letters up and lengthened the tails. I'm looking for either this font or something similar, but the lowercase "h" has to have the loop on the riser. Does this font ring a bell to anybody?
