Suggested Font: Buinton Rough One
It could also be the "Rouge one" version since you can not see if the example has printing defects or not. The letter "C" surely has a modification.

Thank you guys! It is Buinton. The "C" is available as a glyph. It only looks rough because it was a bad photo.
