Memories Walk title

Trying to recover an old job after a hard drive died - unfortunately the backup file was corrupt and the best I've managed is to rasterize the PDF proof I'd sent to the client. Opening the PDF into Acrobat Pro lists this font as 'Untitled', so I guess this file also got corrupted when the drive was dying. Just trying to replace the font so that it doesn't susbstitute with a random font of Illustrator's choosing so that I can resurrect this job! :-/ Any ideas? Quite distinctive ligatures and character shapes.
